Book Your Private Tour and Pay the Deposit

You can reserve any of our private tours, or a custom route, in two steps: send us your booking details, then pay a 30% deposit online. The deposit holds your vehicle and driver-guide for your dates. The remaining 70% is paid in Morocco; we accept cash (EUR, USD, GBP or MAD), card, PayPal or bank transfer.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Prices

Prices on this website depend on availability and may change until we confirm your booking and issue the final invoice. The price covers only the services listed as included on the tour page.

Pick-up Point and Departure Time

Your driver meets you at your pick-up point between the agreed departure time and 30 minutes after it. Please give us the pick-up address in the booking form, and tell us about any change by email or WhatsApp. We cannot be held responsible for a missed pick-up caused by a wrong date, a wrong or incomplete address, or a change of location we were not told about.

Availability and Confirmation

All tours and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice. Your tour is confirmed when we issue the final invoice.

Check Your Dates

Please check the dates on your confirmation (voucher) and contact us straight away if anything is wrong.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 50 days before departure: full refund.
Cancellation less than 50 days before departure, or no-show: no refund, and the full tour price is due.
Tickets for events and attractions are non-refundable.
Airport, limousine and coach transfers are non-refundable.
Private Desert Tours may cancel a tour in an emergency, when there is a high risk, or in bad weather.

Travel Documents and Insurance

Each traveller is responsible for holding valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) for the trip.
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical emergencies and other travel risks.

Health and Safety

Travellers should make sure they are medically fit to travel and follow any health advice or entry requirements for Morocco.
Private Desert Tours is not liable for health problems or medical emergencies during the trip.
