This was a unique experience which me and my family will cherish for the rest of our lives. Thank you Abidine for making it possible. From introducing us to local music, to tirelessly driving the 4 days, to taking us to these amazing riads run by the most wonderful people, to showing us the main sites to see along the way - he was simply amazing. This tour helped us experience Morocco in a way that no other tour could. We met amazing families who hosted us. The desert camp was spectacular. I was worried that being a vegetarian and not being able to speak arabic or french would be major hurdles - definitely not so. This tour made it so easy to manage. This is something I would recommend to anyone planning on spending time in Morocco.

Our private tour from Marrakech to Fez was truly an unforgettable experience and exceeded all of our expectations. From the very beginning, everything was perfectly organized, and we felt completely taken care of throughout the journey.

The accommodations were absolutely wonderful — Dades Paradise in the Dades Gorges was beautiful and peaceful, and our two nights at Sakura Luxury Desert Camp were simply magical. Sleeping in the Sahara under the stars, enjoying delicious dinners and breakfasts, listening to Berber music around the fire, and waking up to the silence of the dunes were moments we will never forget. Camel trekking and sandboarding in Erg Chebbi were such fun and added to the adventure.

What we appreciated most about this tour was the opportunity to see the real Morocco. It wasn’t just sightseeing — it felt like a genuine cultural journey where we learned how people truly live and preserve their heritage.

We just got back from a trip of a lifetime to Morocco! We traveled in a large group of friends with kids under 10 years old and Private Desert Tours made the experience so seamless and magical! We spent 3 days immersed in the beauty of the Merzouga desert doing some fun off-roading activities, visiting some authentic places, and soaking in the sheer beauty of the desert sunsets and sunrises. The desert in camp was luxurious and the staff were very hospitable and adept to their environment. Our guides/drivers were thorough professionals, I now consider them my dear friends and getting to know them better and having them explain to us (and our kids) in great detail about every different landscape, culture, nomadic lifestyle, etc was one of the best parts of our trip. The cars we had for the trip were in great condition and very comfortable for our family of 4 as well - which was very important to me given the amount of time we spent on the road! Recently booked my trip through Private desert trip. had a 4X4 for a 5 day tour to desert including off-road circuit from Merzouga to tafraout sidi ali,tamnogault.

The drive was excellent. Ibrahim, our driver was just amazing. the agency was nice too overall. A bit expensive but did organise everything including all the places I wanted to stay..didn't feel rushed either..the desert camp was basic..rest was great

I had a wonderful trip to Erg Chebbi desert with very nice stops along the day. Accommodation and food was very good and the highlight was my guide/driver Ismail who too very good care of the entire itinerary.

Abidine put together a wonderful, customized tour for us. The accommodations and meals were all excellent. The guys were always helpful and in great spirits; it was fascinating to listen to stories of their nomadic past. Our driver, Abdul, always made us feel safe in the chaotic Moroccan traffic. We would definitely recommend private desert tours and would love to come back.
